Steven Elliot
Steven has performed in several seasons for the Royal Shakespeare Company. He is also Associate Learning Practitioner for the RSC. At the Abbey Theatre, Dublin, he played ‘the Welshman’ Gerry Evans, in the award-winning production of ‘Dancing at Lughnasa.’ He has performed for National Theatre Wales and in Danny Boyle’s production of ‘Frankenstein’ at the National Theatre, London. He is an Associate Artist at Theatre Clwyd and his many TV and film credits include; The Crown (Netflix), Holby City, Da Vinci’s Demons, Judge John Deed, Mike Bassett - Manager and the title role in ‘The Watcher in the Woods’ with Anjelica Huston. He recently played Leonard Cohen in a show he wrote himself about the famous singer/songwriter.
Terry Victor
Terry has enjoyed an eclectic and busy career in the arts. As a performer his work has encompassed everything from Shakespeare and musicals to one man shows and stand-up comedy, with acting credits that include Oscar-nominated and BAFTA-winning movies, the National Theatre, the West End stage, National Theatre Wales and immersive theatre pioneers Punchdrunk. Terry is the founder and artistic director of Notional Theatre - “Electrifying, intelligent, physical theatre”. For Murder on the Menu, Terry has scripted and performed murder mysteries in a repertoire of over 50 shows.Terry has also written for the stage, screen and radio. He is a noted slang lexicographer, having several dictionaries to his name, and is a BBC commentator on matters of grammar and contemporary English language usage. Word Wrangling with Terry Victor is his weekly podcast.
Jess Collett
Jason Davies
Jason trained at London Studio Centre. Feature film roles include ‘Roger’ in 'Bonded by Blood’, ‘Nathan Lloyd’ in Agatha Christie's ‘Evil Under the Sun’, other examples include, 'Old Dogs', ‘Angels and Insects’, ’Joseph and the amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’. Television roles include ‘Scarlet pimpernel’, ‘Blackpool’, ‘Stella’ and Channel 4's ‘Pirates' also featuring in numerous TV commercials. Jason is equally at home on the stage, appearing in lead roles for the original cast of 'Pits and Perverts', Antigone in New York', 'The Madman And the Nun', ‘The Corn is green’, ‘Night Must Fall', ‘Heathcliff’ in ‘Wuthering Heights’. And ‘Miguel Utrillo’ in the original cast of the west end musical ‘Lautrec’.
Liz Gardiner
When she retired from a life spent in various offices, Liz was finally free to focus on working as a professional actor. Since then she has featured in some short films. For the past 11 years she has worked with Murder On The Menu in Cabaret Whodunnits and has performed in many of the company’s murder mysteries on the Belmond British Pullman.Liz also works as a professional role-player with Medical, Pharmaceutical and Clinical Psychology students.
Jon DeVille
Jon trained at the Royal Welsh College Of Music And Drama. Theatre highlights include Franz in The Sound Of Music (London Palladium) and The Narrator in Blood Brothers (Phoenix Theatre) in Londond’s West End. National number one tours playing Mr. Kipps in The Woman In Black, Lord Capulet in Romeo And Juliet, Francis in La Cage Aux Folles, Dr. Jessel in Porridge, Bishop Of Basingstoke in Jekyll And Hyde and many others. Film work includes Max in Arthur’s Amazing Things, Colin in Strike and the Magician in The Illusionist. TV work includes Casualty, The Tudors and Pobol Y Cwm.

Linda trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Her first professional acting job was a UK tour of ‘James and the Giant Peach,’ playing Miss Spider in a musical version of Roald Dahl’s classic book. She made her West End debut in the original production of ‘Aspects of Love’ and then joined the cast of ‘Les Miserables’ at the Palace Theatre. Linda is a founder member of the WestEnders, a singing group that has toured the all over the UK, Europe, and as a headline act on top cruise lines.
Kate Middleton
Kate trained at Webber Douglas and has been part of the fabulous Murder on the Menu team for many years. Theatre credits include: Spring and Port Wine and Out of Order (Mill at Sonning), See How They Run, Salad Days, Arsenic and Old Lace, Cowardy Custard and Bedroom Farce (Southwold and Aldeburgh Theatres), Pride and Prejudice (Illyria), Pop Pop (Southwark Union), The Two Gentlemen of Verona (Kensington Gardens), The Will (Soho Theatre Studio) and Sleeping Beauty (The Roses Theatre). Screen work includes: The Great San Francisco Earthquake (Channel 4) and various adverts. Kate also works as an associate artist for the Shakespeare Schools Foundation.
Olivia Mark
Olivia Mark is a London-based actress, producer and artist. Born in Bosnia, she immigrated to Canada as a refugee, and later to the UK to obtain an MSc in Archaeological Conservation. Olivia worked as a conservator and researcher before retraining at the Actor’s Temple in London. She has since worked in London on stage, in film and TV, performance art and as a producer and writer. In 2021 she co-founded Studio Imposters, a creative studio exploring a range of media through installation art and set design.
Jill Nalder
Jill recently appeared in the highly acclaimed Channel 4 TV Series by Russell T Davies: It’s A Sin which was nominated for eleven Baftas. West End credits include Madame Thenardier in Les Miserables, and Original Cast in the revival of Oliver! at the London Palladium. She featured in the film Finding Your Feet starring Joanna Lumley and Imelda Staunton. On tour and in repertory she has appeared in Annie, Cabaret, Godspell, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Hobbit, The Wizard of Oz, Oliver!, Stepping Out!, Whistle Down The Wind, Gypsy and The World Premier of Sugar at the West Yorkshire Playhouse.
Jon Osbaldeston
Training: Rose Bruford College, Texas Tech University. Jon has worked extensively in theatres across the UK, Canada and in Greece and the US. Favourite work includes five West End productions (including Les Miserables); playing Scrooge in A Christmas Carol for two seasons at Neptune Theatre (Canada), Pale Person in Trashman's Dilemma in Toronto, Athens, and off-Broadway as finalists at the New York New Works Theatre Festival... and touring extensively with acclaimed International musical theatre group The WestEnders. He also wrote the play Hard as Nails which was produced by Moving Arts Theater in LA, and (with Felicity Duncan), co-wrote and appeared in 12 episodes of the children's series The Adventures of PG Woodlouse for BBC Radio.
Gerri Smith
Gerri Smith is a founder member of Murder on the Menu. As a professional actress she has toured the UK in ‘A Chorus of Disapproval’ as well as performing in plays at the Sherman Theatre, Cardiff and Theatr Clwyd. She has performed her one woman show ‘A Bird’s Eye View’ in theatre’s all over the UK and also created a one woman show about legendary Welsh singer Dorothy Squires. She appeared on ‘Stars in their Eyes’ as Vera Lynn and has since performed tributes to Dame Vera all over the UK and beyond.
Kirsty Thomas
Kirsty Thomas is a 25 year old actress from Llanelli in South Wales. She is a 2021 graduate of the London College of Music, graduating with a first class degree in Musical Theatre. As well as musical theatre, Kirsty is also a trained hand and rod puppeteer, completing her training during the pandemic with ‘Parker Puppetry.’ Kirsty is also a keen writer, having recently discovered a passion for script writing. Kirsty hopes to go on to study a masters degree in stage and screen writing in London or Bristol in 2023, in order to develop her skills as a writer.
